Add `ToStr` and `ToStaticStr` traits.
Allow easy mapping of borrowed C strings to borrowed strings with
appropriate lifetimes.
I have some doubts about this, as I'm not 100% on how lifetimes interact
with the notmuch-provided strings yet.
