The sample space is the [[Set]] of all possible outcomes of an [[Experiment]] or
a [[Trial]].

Example: Throw a dice and observe the upper side.
$$S = \{1,2,3,4,5,6\}$$

Example: Throw two fair dice and observe their upper sides.
$$S = \{(1,1),(1,2), ..., (1,6),(2,1), ...,(6,5),(6,6)\}$$

The sample space consists of [[Event]]s.
